1. 訂金是租借費用之50%，如之後追加租用數量都須付50%作訂金
2. 訂金一經確認不設退款、轉讓他人及Downgrade
3. 尾數50%需於fitting當天完成付款
4. 客人成功支付訂金後：
👉🏻將獲提供免費高清頭紗1款(基本款)或免費首飾1款(每件婚紗1款)
👉🏻有2次更改款式機會，其後每次轉款收費HKD500
👉🏻2次度身及修改服務(需於使用前14日在內)
5. 所有款式必須於使用檔期前1個月作最後確認，以便安排度身及清潔服務，否則將有額外行政費用HKD1000
6. 租用檔期一經確認，改期會額外收取改期費用HKD1000/件
7. 本地租用期為3日2夜，額外為$200 / 日/件 ，
取衫當天必須交付足額按金(只限現金/轉數快)，客人不得將按金作為結清尾數之用
👉🏻禮服按金為HKD5000/件
👉🏻婚紗Simple款按金為HKD7000/件
👉🏻婚紗Luxury款按金為HKD10000/件
8. 如需延長租借期(包括海外使用)，額外$200/日，計費以本店確認收到婚紗當天作結束
9. 請避免浸海水/泳池水，避免接觸鐵銹/酒精/香水/蚊怕水/鞋油/紅睡衣漬/草漬/泥漬等難以清洗成份
10.如有玩仙女捧，避免站在順風直接會被火花吹到的地方，以及擺放得太近自己。
11. 還衫當天經檢查無損毀/無明顯污積，會即時將按金全數退回(只限現金)，如使用轉數快，將於當晚退回。
👉🏻如發現有明顯污積或損毀，按金將不會即時退回，本公司會於清理/維修後向客人實報實銷，並從按金扣除再將餘額退回(只限現金/轉數快)
👉🏻如被判斷為無法清理/補救之損毀，將會把按金全數沒收
👉🏻如有遺失，將需要支付雙倍按金金額作賠償
12. 如有任何爭議，M.Closet 將保留最終決定權
**Please read carefully before making a booking. All terms are subject to M.Closet’s final discretion.**
1. **Deposit Requirement**
A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required upon confirmation. Any additional items added later must also be accompanied by a 50% deposit for those items.
2. **Deposit Policy**
Once paid, the deposit is **non-refundable**, **non-transferable**, and **non-downgradable** under any circumstances.
3. **Balance Payment**
The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full on the day of the fitting session.
4. **Benefits After Deposit Payment**
Upon successful deposit payment, customers will receive:
- One **free high-definition basic veil** (one style) **or** one **free jewelry piece** (one piece per wedding gown).
- **Two complimentary style change opportunities** (subsequent changes will be charged at HKD 500 each).
- **Two complimentary alteration/tailoring sessions** (must be booked within 14 days prior to use).
5. **Final Confirmation Deadline**
All selected styles must be **finally confirmed at least 1 month before the usage date** to allow sufficient time for tailoring and cleaning arrangements. Failure to do so will incur an additional administrative fee of **HKD 1,000**.
6. **Date Change Fee**
Once the rental date is confirmed, any request for rescheduling will incur a **HKD 1,000 per item** change fee.
7. **Local Rental Period & Deposit**
- Standard local rental period: **3 days / 2 nights**.
- Additional days: **HKD 200 per day per item**.
- A full security deposit must be paid in cash or via FPS (Faster Payment System) on the pickup day. **The deposit cannot be used to offset the final balance.**
- Evening gowns / dresses: **HKD 5,000 per piece**
- Simple wedding gowns: **HKD 7,000 per piece**
- Luxury wedding gowns: **HKD 10,000 per piece**
8. **Extended Rental (Including Overseas Use)**
Extension requests (including overseas travel) will be charged at **HKD 200 per day per item**. The rental period ends on the day the store confirms receipt of the returned gown.
9. **Care Instructions**
Please avoid exposure to seawater, swimming pool water, rust, alcohol, perfume, insect repellent, shoe polish, red clothing stains, grass stains, mud stains, or other difficult-to-remove substances.
10. **Sparkler / Fairy Wand Safety**
When using fairy wands or sparklers, avoid standing in direct wind paths where sparks may blow toward the gown, and do not place them too close to yourself or the dress.
11. **Return & Deposit Refund Policy**
- On the return day, if the gown is inspected and found to be free of damage or noticeable stains, the full deposit will be refunded **immediately in cash** (or via FPS by the end of the day if paid that way).
- If noticeable stains or damage are found:
- The deposit will **not** be refunded immediately.
- The company will handle professional cleaning/repair and deduct actual costs from the deposit, refunding any remaining balance (cash or FPS).
- If the damage is deemed irreparable or unrecoverable, the **full deposit will be forfeited**.
- In case of loss, compensation equivalent to **double the deposit amount** will be required.
12. **Dispute Resolution**
In the event of any dispute, **M.Closet reserves the final right of interpretation and decision**.
